At Progztech Solutions PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality software products and professional services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our Services.
This policy applies to all products and services offered under the ProgzTech brand, including but not limited to:
- SaaS subscription services — Inboxguard (our currently available product)
- Future product subscriptions when generally available
- Custom software development projects
- Digital consulting and professional services
- API access and cloud-based services
2. Subscription-Based Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase.
- Renewal Refunds: Refunds for subscription renewals must be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.
- Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscriptions purchased for the first time are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
- After 30 Days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period, except where required by law.
- Renewal Refunds: Annual renewal refunds must be requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
2.3 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a subscription refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within the applicable timeframe
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have violated our Terms & Conditions
- Not have excessive usage that indicates abuse of the refund policy
3. One-Time Purchase Refunds
For one-time purchases such as custom development projects, consulting packages, or lifetime licenses:
3.1 Digital Services and Consulting
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested before project commencement
- During Project: Partial refunds based on work completed, minus a 20% administrative fee
- After Delivery: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of final delivery
3.2 Lifetime Licenses
- 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
- Must demonstrate that the product does not meet documented specifications
- No refunds after 30 days or if the license has been transferred
4. Free Trials and Trial-Based Access
4.1 Trial Period Terms
- No Charges During Trial: Free trials do not incur charges unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan
- Trial Conversion: If you provide payment information during trial signup, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel
- Cancellation During Trial: You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
- One Trial Per Customer: Free trials are limited to one per customer/email address
4.2 Trial-to-Paid Conversion Refunds
If you are charged after a trial period ends:
- You have 7 days to request a refund if the charge was unintentional
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or closed
5. Cancellation Process
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Account Dashboard: Navigate to your Progz Accounts billing settings and cancel your subscription
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to payments@progztech.com
- Support Team: Contact our support team for assistance
5.2 Cancellation Effective Date
- Immediate Effect: Cancellation requests are processed immediately, but access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription unless within the money-back guarantee period
- Data Retention: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation or export
5.3 Reactivation
- Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within 30 days without data loss
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Reactivation requires starting a new subscription at current pricing
6. Refund Processing Timelines
6.1 Request Processing
- Review Period: Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved
- Denial Appeals: If denied, you can appeal the decision within 7 days
6.2 Payment Method Reversals

7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
7.1 Policy Violations
- Account suspended or terminated due to Terms & Conditions violations
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of services
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
7.2 Usage-Based Scenarios
- Excessive usage or consumption of resources beyond plan limits
- Services already rendered or consumed (e.g., API calls, storage used, product-specific usage)
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
7.3 Time-Expired Requests
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable guarantee period
- Subscriptions active for more than the specified refund window
- Annual plans beyond the 30-day money-back period
7.4 Third-Party Services
- Fees charged by third-party integrations or services
- Payment processing fees (may be deducted from refund amount)
- Domain registrations or third-party licenses purchased through our platform
8. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
8.1 Service Outages
If our service experiences significant downtime:
- Outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours may qualify for prorated credits
- Credits are applied to your account for future use
- Cash refunds for outages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
8.2 Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges are refunded in full immediately upon verification
- Incorrect pricing due to system errors will be corrected and refunded
- Currency conversion discrepancies are reviewed and adjusted
8.3 Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), we will work with affected customers on a case-by-case basis to find fair solutions, which may include refunds, credits, or subscription extensions.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
- Contact First: Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
- Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension
- Dispute Resolution: We will work with you to resolve payment disputes amicably
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Accounts with fraudulent chargeback claims will be permanently banned
10. Enterprise and Custom Agreements
Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms:
- Refund policies are governed by the specific terms in your enterprise agreement
- Contact your dedicated account manager for refund requests
- Custom payment schedules may have different refund timelines
- Annual contracts may include specific termination and refund clauses
11. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Gather Information: Have your order ID, transaction ID, and account email ready
- Contact Us: Email payments@progztech.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Provide Details: Include your account email, product name, purchase date and amount, and reason for refund request
- Await Response: Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
- Confirmation: Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with expected refund timeline
